These are two of the most exotic water lily species on earth. The first is an Egyptian Blue, with a bright yellow interior with delicate blue stamens. The Egyptian blue lily is said to possess wonderful mystical powers. Its leaves are deep green with fringed edges. The second species (inset photo) is from Bali, and is bright purple with a firey yellow and red interior which makes this species a centerpiece in anyone's collection. Its leaves are especially beautiful too as they are bright green with deep purple verigations. Both species are prolific day bloomers with large flowers.
