I am now working here in Miami (Doral) at SOUTHCOM while also maintaining a large primary residence (home) in Lakeland. I will be here in Miami 4 or 5 days a week, and travel home to Lakeland on weekends. Im a happily married 47yr old believer, very quiet, mature professional with no pets and dont smoke. I am looking for a ((SECURE)) rental (condo, townhouse or apt) with a pool, exercise area/room, preferably on a second floor or higher. If its furnished...it must be very clean and in good condition. Prefer two bedrooms in case son or daughter visit in summer, but not absolutely necessary. I have excellent credit and references, but need to find something very reasonable as have expenses with primary residence. Hope to remain near or below 1000/month. Willing to sign lease agreeement.
