Plz call me for more information 305-710-8404. Cable/DSL + all utilities are included. Washer/Dryer in the unit. The condo is on the top floor and is very private. The renter can do as they please with their bedroom. The shared area, including the bathroom, should be kept as clean as possible. The pictures are of the place before it was furnished. All appliances in the kitchen can be used, as well as the TV/DVD in the living room. I am home about half of the time and sleep out 3-4 times a week, so there is privacy for the renter most of the time. It is a few blocks from US1 and the Turnpike, making it easy to commute anywhere in the city.
