Need Work? I currently have a need for small business owners who have the equipment and staff to provide cleaning and lawn care services for foreclosed homes. This will be a combination of Lawn care and Cleaning-not just one service, as well as providing lock-outs, evictions, winterizations, and CFK's. Will be required to complete work orders sent via email for sub-contract work which would include cleaning and lawn care service. Must have the ability to use a computer and digital camera. Must know how to zip (Winzip) pictures and send via email. Must have a way to receive Work Orders immediately to a mobile phone via email which does not include text messaging notification.
