As seen on TV - Tony Little's (the guy with the blonde pony-tail) Gazelle Freestyle workout machine - nothing mechanical, very easy to use and actually is fun! A bit like a swing for your legs. The more you swing the more aerobic the workout. Folds down for easy storage. Not very heavy, maybe 20 pounds or so. I'm 63 and I can pick it up and carry it. I like the workout, especially to change the pace from a treadmill, but I just got a sewing machine for mother's day, so I need the space! It has some kind of monitor re heart beat, etc., but I never figured it out. I don't have the book anymore, but it's simple to figure out. I'll show you.
