WANTED- Sharp, self-motivated go-getters, preferably employed in the HR field within the Hospitality Industry, (we will consider those with past HR experience) who is involved or has developed a network of HR relationships with other Hospitality organizations within their community. Our growing company needs good people to find summer and/or winter work placements in the hospitality field for International college students. We will train and provide 24/7 support. Job Description

a. Canvass the local area to determine viable employment possibilities.

b. Set up appointments and meet with HR directors in hotels, resorts, food chains, etc.

c. Meet with local HR Directors to present our program, secure a signed Letter of Understanding and secure positions for our participants.

d. Notify your Supervisor who will present profiles to the prospective employer.

e. Follow up with participants and employer after placement and participant arrival.

Compensation: Commission based on performance.
