Description

Responsible for managing the preparation of periodic SEC reports and other filings. Provides guidance regarding new accounting pronouncements, and identifies accounting transactions accordingly. Responsible for coordination and interface with external audit process and external financial reporting. Performs financial analysis and research of complex accounting and reporting issues. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviews GAAP, SEC and other guidelines to interpret and document their impact on business and ensure compliance with reporting requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: •SEC reporting experience •Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written English communication skills •Strong computer literacy (Excel, Access) •CPA preferred •Public Accounting Experience preferred EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting - 5 yrs experience with financial analysis and reporting To apply email resume to Carriek@surejobsnetwork.com
